Claire Dorsett

Claire Dorsett (born 1985, UK) graduated from her BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting at The University of Brighton in 2007 and from MFA Painting at The Slade School of Fine Art in 2010. Since then she has exhibited both nationally and internationally. Recent solo exhibitions include Claire Dorsett, WORKPLACE Foundation, Gateshead; FRONT, STOCK Gallery, Manchester; Spill Your Guts, title.date.duration, Manchester and You Do The Talking, George and Jørgen Gallery, London, which was reviewed in Modern Painters. Recent group exhibitions include Nice To Meet You, George and Jørgen, Oxford; Boobs: The Semiology of Breast, TAF/The Art Foundation, Athens and The Sound of Grown Up Children Determined Not to Be Afraid, ICW (curated by Benjamin Davies and Laura Brady), Blackpool.
