Portrayal Rogue: Screening & Artist Talk

Throughout the weekend of The Manchester Contemporary (24-25 Sept), Rogue Project Space will be screening Portrayal Rogue, a new moving image work by Manchester based photographers Shaw & Shaw produced in collaboration with Rogue member Mike Chavez-Dawson.

Portrayal Rogue documents the Studios final months at Crusader Mill. Using the 24hr clock to meter image and sound, the work will capture the rhythm and pattern of the artists that use and work at Rogue.

Artist Talk: Sunday 25 September, 4pm-5pm
Join artist Mike Chavez-Dawson, and Manchester based photographers Shaw & Shaw in conversation about the making of Portrayal Rogue. Booking not required.

In 2017 Rogue moved to a new home in the Grade 2 listed former Varna Street school in Higher Openshaw, Manchester.
